Veggie Pizza Recipe
Description

Ingredients 23 items
- 2 Readymade Super Pizza Bread
- 1/2 cup capsicums / Bell Pepper
- 1 small Onion
- 1 Firm Ripe Tomato
- 1 tbsp Olives
- 1 to 1.5 cup Amul Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
- Salt to taste
- 6 to 7 curry leaves (chopped)
- Pepper Powder to taste
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
- — Pizza Sauce —
- 1 tbsp Oil / Butter
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 3-4 red ripe tomato (pureed)
- 1 tomato paste (readymade puree)
- 1 tbsp any cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Sugar, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Few leaves Fresh Basil (optional)
Instructions 9 steps
- Take a pan, add butter, then add onion and garlic and saute until the raw smell goes away.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and all the other sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Turn off the gas once it starts to thicken. Use as a chunky sauce, or blend smooth and sieve.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly on each Super Pizza Bread.
- Top with chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, olives and any other veggies you like.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings.
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 10-11 minutes, then 2-3 minutes on 220 C.
- Garnish with fresh coriander/basil. Slice and serve hot.
