Ingredients 13 items
  • 6 slices Super Double Roti (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 1 tsp chana dal
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 2 green chillies (slit)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander
Instructions 6 steps
  1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad and chana dal. Let dal turn golden.
  2. Add curry leaves, green chillies and onion. Saute till translucent.
  3. Add tomato, turmeric and salt. Cook till tomato softens.
  4. Add cubed bread and toss gently to coat with masala.
  5. Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drizzle lemon juice, garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
