INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup white peas
- 2 onion
- teaspoon chaat masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 50 gm butter
- 3 tomato
- 2 green chilli
- salt as required
- 10 sprigs coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instruction
- You will have to soak the white peas in water overnight and then add them to a pressure cooker along with some water, salt, baking soda and turmeric. Boil the chole on low flame for 15 minutes and then mash it with a spatula before adding chopped onions and tomatoes.
