Bakers (India) Ltd. , Flour Mill Unit is located in Ahmedabad
( India), processing Wheat and manufacturing wheat products like
Maida ( White Flour ) , Suji, Rawa, Wholemeal Flour and are selling
under the brand name of "Super Shuddh Atta". our current processing
& millng capacity of wheat is 41,250 mt. per annum. (125tpd)
Wheat
products are used only for edible purpose and the main household
uses are making of Roti, Paratha, Fulka & Pasta making and industrial
uses are for manufacturing of Bread, Biscuits, Macroni products,
Cakes & Pastries & also for producting ready to cook foods like
pre - cooked Chapatis, Pizza bases, Noodles and other varied items.
The
Company sales the Wheat products in the wholesale market in the
traditional packing of 90 kilograms (kgs) per gunny bag and retail
consumer packing is in 25 kilograms (kgs), 5 kilograms (kgs),
1 kilograms (kgs), 500 gms. under the brand name of "Super Shuddh
Atta".
There
is another flour mill unit called as Surat Roller Flour Mills
Pvt. Ltd. which is also working under the brand name "Super" in
Surat
PLASTIC UNIT,
BARODA :
Super
Bakers (India) Ltd, Plastic unit is manufacturing Poly Proplene
/ Plastic Polythene packing bags & 6 Colour Flexographic Printing
Thereon for packaging. The Company also manufactures Plastic Bags
for packaging of Bakery products like Bread , Biscuits / Cakes
etc. at associate units at Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat.
The main raw materials required for the Packaging / Printing Unit
at Baroda is PP / HDPE granules are printing works in various
colours etc. which is also available easily.
PP /HDPE/IDPE granules are fed to the blown film plant to manufacture
blown polyproplene cylinders which are further fed to the 6 Colour
Flexographic Printing machine for the desired printing bags are
cut as per the designed / printed size and end is sealed.
